His decaying form is similar to his standard form in the terms of shaping, but it has a different palette. Also, its dark-grey feet (not actually shoes), dark-golden teeth (12 on top, 11 on bottom, 23 in total), whiskers and different shape of face (wider face, big chin etc.) differ it from both Sonic.exe and normal Sonic. Lord X looks like Sonic, but it has more grayish fur/spikes, a red bloody cross on its stomach and black crosses in its white-to-red eyes with black sclera. Possibly being the creator due to him being Sonic.exe himself. Lord X also has connections to the Cult of X, in what way however is unknown. He can get easily fooled, like as Tails would be on the floor but Lord X couldn't find him inpurpose and sometimes Lord X will turn angry and loses his patience. Seems self aware that he is a video game, which allows him to mess around with the files to scare the player, Alan too. He wants to play games with Tails for 'old time's sake'.
Lord X is more serious and sadistic than the original version of Sonic.exe.
