Ccleaner, It's free - PC - Mac How to use CCleaner to fix PC issues 3. (Control Panel\Programs\Programs and Features) Look for the Sims 3 expansions/stuff packs you want to uninstall and click on them and select Uninstall for each expansion/stuff pack you want to uninstall.
Uninstall any/all of the expansions/stuffs packs either by going to the Uninstall a Program in Control Panel. Uninstall the game and all expansions/stuff packs.
As it sounds like something messed up during install. I'd recommend you do a uninstall/reinstall of the game.
